Our story.
Cascade Lodging Co. was born out of our own journey as homeowners. We’re Steven and Jenny, Northwest natives who fell in love with real estate in 2016 when we bought our first duplex in Spokane, WA. In 2021, we stepped into short-term rentals, designing and furnishing our own vacation home. As we searched for property managers, we found that most companies were either too big, where our home would be just another listing, or too small, lacking the expertise to compete. So, we took matters into our own hands—and we thrived.
With several successful years of hosting under our belts, we knew we could offer something better for homeowners: a hands-on, high-touch approach that blends deep industry expertise with a passion for hospitality. Having both worked at Walt Disney World, we learned firsthand what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences—and that same commitment to excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
